Participation and Selection
To ensure high-quality engagement, participation will be limited. Prospective attendees will be selected based on predefined criteria by an independent selection panel.
Application Process
Interested applicants are requested to complete the accompanying Google Form and submit it on or before 15 April 2026.
Security Deposit Policy
As this is a fully supported residential meeting with limited capacity, selected participants will be required to provide a refundable security deposit to confirm attendance.

- Limited seats to promote interactive deliberations
- Selection based on academic and professional suitability
- Deposit refunded within one month after the conference
- Non-attendance without prior intimation will result in forfeiture
- Forfeited deposits will be donated to a designated charitable cause
