Conference Registration

The Organising Committee of the 4th Asian Pediatric Ethics Conference (APEC 2026) invites delegates, researchers, clinicians, academicians, students, and healthcare professionals to register for the conference to be held in Bengaluru, India on 10 – 11 October 2026.

This conference aims to provide a platform for sharing research, innovative practices, ethical discussions, and emerging perspectives in Pediatric ethics and healthcare.

Registration Fee

No registration fee - a refundable deposit is required to confirm participation.

• Registration is free and limited to 150 seats & but registration is mandatory
• Open for Pediatrics PG & Faculty
• In case of a no-show, the deposit will be donated to the Sri Sathya Sai Institute
• Active participation is expected; pre-reading material will be circulated in advance
• A Certificate of Participation will be awarded

Selection Criteria

To ensure high-quality engagement, participation will be limited. Prospective attendees will be selected based on predefined criteria by an independent selection panel:

• Academic and professional background in Pediatric healthcare or bioethics
• Motivation statement demonstrating interest in Pediatric Ethics
• Geographic and institutional diversity considerations
• Previous contributions to the field

Security Deposit Policy

As this is a fully supported residential meeting with limited capacity, selected participants will be required to provide a refundable security deposit to confirm attendance.

• Deposit refunded within one month after the conference
• Non-attendance without prior intimation will result in forfeiture
• Forfeited deposits will be donated to the Sri Sathya Sai Institute

Pay Security Deposit

Upon receiving your selection confirmation from the APEC 2026 organising committee, you are required to pay a refundable security deposit to secure your participation. This deposit confirms your commitment and helps us plan the event logistics effectively.

• Deposit Amount: (Indian Rupees) per delegate
• Forfeiture Clause: Non-attendance without prior intimation will result in forfeiture
• Donation: Forfeited deposits will be donated to the Sri Sathya Sai Institute for charitable causes
